Grandfather/Grandaughter Championship

The crew arrived this morning to prepare the courts for the newly established Grandfather/Grandaughter tournament. Last night the skies dropped a quick 2.5 inches of rain on the courts. Storm drains backed up and silt settled on clay courts 1-8. Pictured are Tim and Jon scraping away some of the silt.

Put ye backs into it lads, or Captain Bligh will cut your grog allotment. Based on the amount of rain we got, I felt it appropriate to fashion a nautical comment.

The Nordoff and Hall writing team will be arriving to add a fourth novel to their famous trilogy, methinks.
