After much thought I have determined that the new bench should be a "time out" spot for members who are acting badly on the porch. As a result, I think it appropriate that metal restraints (AKA handcuffs) should be added to the arms so that the aforementioned members cannot get away until they have served their time. I will provide a list of current member parolees who should be watched so that their bad behavior may be dealt with appropriately
