Painting lines on grass courts for the first time this year. Putting up first grass net.
We hope to open the grass courts on Saturday May 11, but unfortunately rain is in the forecast.
Due to poor maintenance on court 5 I dislocated my finger on Saturday morning while playing with Alberto. My ring finger was sticking out sideways and I somehow knew that wasn't right so I proceeded to push it back into place with a big squish before I realized how much it hurt! Fortunately Alberto was with me and he took me right to the Faulkner ER and got me fixed up with a splint with no waiting and no paperwork. My lawyer is working out a settlement proposal today as I am stating that there was a huge hill of about .000002 microns which caused me to fall over on my hand. Justice will prevail.
