LCC Grounds blog began in 2008. Entries have educated membership and the public on the crew, agronomic techniques, horticulture and clay court maintenance.

well done Charlie and Mike - excellent video and explanation (in English) of the state of our grass. Now - about that medical marijuana planted near Dunster.
Whoops - have to go out for another brownie.
Saw Bud Collins at Newport yesterday and offered to play him on court 18 in our bare feet (he only plays that way). Unfortunately his playing days are over but he is going to try and get out to walk on the court when he comes to the club.
Also ran into Todd Martin and Donald Dell - both who remember the club well and were highly complementary about their experiences at LCC.

The rye grass looks great! When are you changing the rest of the courts to rye grass?
