Employee of the week!
Vic wins a piece of the old hard court and a $10 gas card for earning 'Employee of the Week'.

The Employee of the Week award is an obvious ploy by management to assuage sub-standard workers by providing them with token gifts which make them feel good about themselves - very PC indeed. Former grounds crew heads ruled through the timely and regular application of beatings,break room "timeouts" and counseling sessions lead by Lovey.

Excuse my naivity, but shouldn't the proper name of the award be used, The Eleanor Cercone Award?
