Lunch
John G. made a delicious lunch for the staff.
Rolled pork roast with cranberry stuffing Grilled spicy parsnips Grilled carrots with honey glaze Roasted new potatoes Baked apples with cinnamon
Thanks to all for your hard work - sorry the Tim and Neil couldn't make it. There's a few servings of the pork left in the fridge - unless Fred got to it already!!

It was pretty hot in Tony's kitchen - I was sweating bullets!!
No wonder Tony stays so slender - the pounds would certainly melt away in front of the stove!!
