Route 9 Clay Courts Get a Facelift

The Route 9 Clay Courts have had some improvements for the 2008 season.

New fencing, windscreens, net posts and lines.

The courts were resurfaced on Wednesday 3/26/2008. Each year they are typically first in line for spring renovations.

Some tree pruning was done this winter at the courts. Overhanging limbs that were getting in the way of play were removed. This should also lessen the many leaves that end up on the courts in the autumn.
