I'd say cleaning catch basins, but it looks more like he's repairing them.
I agree. Location is behind court 4 baseline.
It looks like Tim Burns to me. Is he looking for his wallet that he lost 3 years ago?
It looks like Charlie looking for his lost nickname.
He must be repairing a drain as he has mortar and associated tools around him.
Maybe its really a Neil escape tunnel to the other side of route 9?
I think it's Fred Groen looking for missing towels but finding only old bricks hidden during the 1956 treasure hunt.
